Conference & Meeting Venue

The Granary at Elms Farm Cottages is a unique place for your next conference, business meeting or team building event. The Granary is a Grade II Listed Barn set in the same courtyard garden as our eight award winning self catering cottages.

The Granary offers a private meeting room for up to 60 delegates on a full or half day rate basis depending on the type of event you require. Evening meetings are also catered for.

Rates include projector, screen, water and cordial. Tea & Coffee with biscuits is served on arrival, mid-morning, lunch time and mid afternoon.

We can provide a delicious Buffet Menu or Lunch made with local Lincolnshire ingredients.

If you are considering a residential corporate event we can provide accommodation for up to 34 people in 8 four and five star luxury self-catering cottages. A minimum of 2 or 3 nights stay for a residential booking would be required.

We have over 18 acres of grass paddocks with two fishing lakes available for team building events.
