Elms Farm Cottage prices
We currently offer three types of stay at Elms Farm Cottages:
Weekly Breaks Friday to Friday, or Monday to Monday, 7 nights
Mid-Week Short Breaks Monday to Friday, 4 nights
Weekend Short Breaks Friday to Monday, 3 nights
with extra nights subject to availability.
If you would like to enjoy a Taste of Lincolnshire Welcome Pack during your stay, for £15 we will place this is in your cottage for your arrival (if you have not ordered your Welcome pack when booking your cottage please give at least 48hrs notice and contact Carol on 01205 290840).
Checking-in is preferred between 3pm and 6pm as we do not have a permanently staffed reception, and the cottage must be vacated before 10.00am on the date of departure, unless by prior arrangement.
A charge of £20 per dog will be added to our holiday cottage rates for guests who wish to bring their dog with them (maximum of two dogs per cottage). This will not be charged for Service dogs. No pets allowed in Elm Cottage.
A charge of £30 per week/stay will be added to our rates when a 'Z' bed is required in a holiday cottage.
We will try to accommodate any length of stay that you require, but please contact us for up to date availability before booking.
