Dog Friendly Holidays
Here at Elms Farm we know that your dog is an important member of your family who you want to share your holiday with. Dogs are welcome in 7 of our 10 holiday cottages, we have over 18 acres of private grass paddocks with mown walkways around two small lakes for you to exercise your dogs. Remember to bring your Wellies.
Opposite our cottages is a riverside walk and by walking towards Boston the path leads to Oldrids Downtown and Tesco (about 2 miles), whilst walking in the opposite direction will lead you towards Swineshead Bridge (about 3.5 miles). The Wheatsheaf pub at Hubberts Bridge is a dog friendly pub and well behaved dogs can sit with you in the bar area or at the picnic benches outside.
Mountains Farm Shop a East Heckington has inside and outside spaces for you to eat with your dog and Ivy's Farm Shop at Swineshead has a large undercover decking area for you to enjoy a bite to eat with your dog. Both are accessible for wheelchair users.
We have an outside tap near the laundry for washing muddy paws and spare doggy towels in the laundry for you to dry your dogs with. A spare lead and water/feeding bowls are also available.
