If you would like a Taste of Lincolnshire Welcome Pack during your stay (chargeable extra), we will place this in your cottage for your arrival. (48 hours notice required)

Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm or we can offer "Self check in"  Let us know your preference as we do not have a staffed reception. 

Your cottage should be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure. Occasionally for guests with mobility problems we can extend this to 11am by prior arrangement.

Dogs must be pre booked,  Maximum of two dogs per cottage (no charge for service dogs). Sorry no pets are allowed in The Stables or Elm Cottages as these are kept pet free for guests with allergies. (includes your visitors with pets)

A charge of £30 per week/stay will be added for an extra guest on a 'Z' bed.
